Event Details:
Get ready for an exhilarating Snatch Lift Off event at Gryphon Strength Barbell! This knockout style competition will test your strength and determination. Lifters will take turns attempting the same loaded weight. If they succeed, they move on to the next round. The weights will keep increasing at set increments until only one person remains standing!
Rules:
For Males: The bar will begin at 50kg and will rise in predetermined increments until all participants are eliminated.
For Females: The bar will begin at 35kg and will rise in predetermined increments until all participants are eliminated.
5 Females and 5 Males will compete.
